Poor follow up.We are still waiting for a refund for missing goods.

The wrong product was delivered first of all. But in all fairness they quickly apologised for the mistake and sent me the right item rwo days later. No excuses, no bull, no buck passing. For this remedial action I will definitely recommend Leader in future.

We ordered some louvre doors from Leader Doors on 25 August 2023 which were meant to be delivered on 7 September.
We received an email from John in the ‘customer success team’ on Sept 1 saying there was a delay and they would be delivered mid-November. This was unacceptable in the first place, with no mention of compensation for the huge delay and no reply to any ensuing correspondence.
These efforts include both myself and my husband being on hold on the phone for nearly two hours at a time until the phone cuts off with no answer - the same every time we called. There is no way to reach anyone, rectify this or even get a refund. Have they gone bust?
The cupboard was been built specifically for these doors. We have been unable to reach anyone via the help, customer service emails, phone or facebook page despite multiple attempts.
We have sent numerous emails – to numerous email addresses and there has never been a response. We have heard nothing since September 1 now.
There is a complete lack of contact and customer service and we are out of pocket £127 with no doors or response. A truly horrific experience from genuine buyers. Please avoid this company at all costs.
If only there was a score lower than one star. The customer service of this company is woeful. We ordered doors and a pairmaker from them to install as double doors, and faced a list of issues from false deliveries, incomplete deliveries, damaged doors, poorly finished pairmakers, incompatible handles, and more.
When complaints were raised we found that every email took days to respond to and came from a differently named person who seemed not to have bothered reading the previous chain. The ever changing roster of agents also means they don't really know or understand their product range very well, from our experience.
We eventually found an email address for the head of the company, Mr Danny Shine, and he made all the right noises about being shocked, saddened etc, and said he had discussed our issues with his department heads. His help ended there though as he seemingly disappeared from the chain (despite always being on copy) and made no attempt to actually ensure his department heads did anything to resolve our issues other than offer £50 refund which, when considering delivery alone of the doors was £40, is an insultingly low amount to make up for the poor quality and the amount of work needing to be undertaken to make these doors work (full repaint, filling etc).
Unless, like us, this is the only place you can find the exact doors you like the look of and are prepared for the headaches, months of back and forth, and a lot of work, AVOID this company

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - DOOR WAS NOT IN STOCK AS ADVERTISED WHEN ORDERED - ZERO COMMUNICATION AND UPDATES- CANCELLED ORDER AND STILL AWAITING REFUND 12 DAYS NOW!I am disappointed that I ordered the door on the 13th March and have had zero correspondence or update. I spoke to customer service on the 9th April only to find out that my order did not come into stock until the 12th April and I would not receive the order for at least a further 7-10days from that date. I had been waiting for the door to arrive given a delivery date of 7-10 days initially. It was time critical because I was awaiting my kitchen being installed. I had no other option than to cancel the order. I requested this from customer services who advised via email and telephone that this would be issued in up to 5 days. I did not receive a refund instead I was given delivery dates by the third party door company. I again contacted Leaderdoors to be told that I should refuse the door and request a refund. I explained that I have requested a refund and they should be communicating with their dealers to confirm this and stop them from making an unnecessary delivery. I again requested a refund on the 13th April. I have received no correspondence since and OH YES NO BLOODY REFUND!!!!!! Poor customer service

I paid £80 for next day delivery - and this didn't happen!

Ordered two internal doors in November, as expected there was a delay due to the pandemic, six months later still NO Doors, eventually managed to arranged delivery once they eventually answered the phone, and Various E mails, the delivery date came, I took day off work to await,No doors, 2-1/2 hours on phone and still nobody answered, e mailed and even tried live chatting, still no communication.three days later got e mail to say one of the doors was damaged in transit, I’ve now at wits end, unfortunately even with a great amount of patience’s I’ve asked for a refund, No communication Delayed orders Completely unprofessional, if you cannot supply then don’t advertise it, Quick enough to take payment

The item was already and the option for 'Preferred delivery date' was offered. 2-3 weeks later than that date, no delivery and during these 2-3 weeks no email replies and no 'Social Media' query reply. This would be the last time I use this company. Covid-19 can not be the blame for everything, I think the company needs a serious look at their operation, without Customers there is no business so maybe worth investing into looking after those customers.

Good quality oak doors fully wrapped and protected. Delivered on time and easy. Will be using you again

I ordered a white louvred door from this company. It wasn’t a cheap item, we bought 4 bedroom doors from B&Q that cost less, but went for this one as it was, allegedly, ready to hang. When the door arrived & we took the wrapping off, we were shocked & disappointed at the standard of it! It hasn’t been glued together properly, the standard of the wood is awful & it hasn’t been finished at all. My husband is a joiner by trade so he can sort this out but the last thing you expect when you pay £160 for a door is to have to work on it!I emailed Leader doors including photos of the door & they offered us a derogatory 10% off our next order, as if we’d ever order from them again!!! We have asked for a refund but I seriously doubt we’ll get anything. Don’t buy from them, go somewhere else, I wish I had!

Spoke to staff before ordering and they were very helpful. When asking for updates on delivery - they were very helpful again ? doors ordered are of good quality

Delivered on the day they said. However the delivery « window » time was between 8am and 6pm. Door was delivered at 5:50 pm so we stayed in all day waiting (ok, given the pandemic situation we had nowhere to go anyway but we did have to postpone business Zoom meetings).The door was generally of good quality although there was a small dink on one edge which we chose to repair ourselves rather than go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for a replacement.In future I would look for a supplier that could give us a tighter delivery window.
